“From our customer front, 60% of our Retail leadership team comprises of women while 30% are in management and executive roles group wide. We are proud to continue being an inclusive employer giving equal opportunity to all our female staff.
She said BSP is proud to be supporting women through our Community initiatives, business and professional development. “Our internal Leadership and Management Development Program boasts a 72% female representation and is an important component of our talent strategy to prepare our future leaders within BSP Group,” Ms Rabura added.
