BSP Banking Services are in normal operations across every province in the country. In our branches, it’s business as usual and our ATM, EFTPoS and Mobile Banking services continue to provide everyday banking needs for our people. As we improve our operations, there will be some delays and interruptions to services from time to time. Refer to the latest information and updates listed below.

We are currently experiencing higher than normal exception rates and expect to clear these exceptions by 30th June.

EFTPoS

Fund Transfers To/From Other Banks

All Inward and Outward payments to and from other banks are being processed as normal.

To optimise the use of BSP Internet Banking, customers are advised to regularly clear their browser history.

We are working with customers facing payment authority issues. Please speak to your Relationship Manager or contact the BSP Customer Call Centre on (+675) 320 1212 from a landline, or (+675) 7030 1212 from a mobile if you continue to face any issues.

International Payments (T/T)

We are currently experiencing higher than normal exception rates and expect to clear these exceptions by 30th June.

KunduPei

Daily payroll and payment processing is operating as normal. BSP is continuing to process exceptions/rejects due to incorrect file formats.
