BSP Banking Services are in normal operations across every province in the country. In our branches, it’s business as usual and our ATM, EFTPoS and Mobile Banking services continue to provide everyday banking needs for our people. As we improve our operations, there will be some delays and interruptions to services from time to time. Refer to the latest information and updates listed below.

DELAYED PAYMENTS

We regret to advise that all inward and outward transfer transactions performed this morning, Monday 10th June, 2024, on our Mobile & Internet Banking,

BSP Pay and IPG services were delayed due to a technical issue.

While the issue has been resolved, there may be a delay in clearing the posted transactions.

All payments made after 1pm today are now being processed as normal.

EFTPoS and ATM transactions are unaffected and remain as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
