The BSP KunduPei Payroll/Creditor is a secure computer based salary processing programme designed specifically for BSP Customers to process salary/creditor payments. The bank provides and installs the KunduPei Software on the BSP customer’s computer. The customer prepares the salary and sends via email or delivers it to the branch (using a flash drive) for processing, saving you time and money. Salary processed via KunduPei is automatically credited to employees’ accounts.

Fees and Charges
There are no installation/software license fees or charges. However, Electronic Banking Transaction fees apply. Currently a fee of 50 toea is charged per transaction compared to manual processing of K5.00 per transaction.

A payroll is a computer based salary processing for businesses/organizations that pay regular salaries to their employees on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
A creditor payment is similar to a payroll but is designed specifically for Organizations to pay their suppliers for services rendered to them.
The bank loads the programme on your PC and provides training. Each pay period your payroll staff generates a pay/creditor file from KunduPei and emails or delivers (using a USB flash drive) it to BSP for processing.
Any business/organization that pays salaries for employees or suppliers for services rendered.
To use BSP KunduPei/Creditor, the business must:
- Have a company account with BSP
- Have access to a computer/PC
