Accounts

Internet Banking displays real-time account information on the dashboard. Click on a particular account number from the Account Summary widget or open the toggle menu to view account details.

The account overview screen shows details such as name, account number, account type, and net balance in each account. Click on a particular account number to display account details.

You can launch the following transactions using quick links:

• Stop Cheque
• Cheque Status Inquiry
• Request Statement

The Account Details screen displays transaction history and basic information about your account such as balances, uncleared funds, holds, and limits. You can obtain pre-generated statements and download transaction history in various file formats.

Term Deposits overview gives a summary of your deposits and details such as party name, deposit number, interest rate, maturity date, principal balance and maturity balance. Click on a particular account number to view account details.

The Deposit Details screen provides complete information about the term deposit - such as original principal amount, deposit date, term, interest rate, current balance, and maturity date. You can obtain pre-generated statements and download transaction history through this screen.

Loans & Finances overview provides a summary of total borrowings in all accounts along with the current outstanding amount. Click on a particular account number to view loan details.

• Disbursement Inquiry

The Loan and Finance screen displays loan disbursement details, outstanding amount, repayment details and arrears. User can download loan transaction history through this screen.
