Kessi Mormor - Celebrating 40 Years

When Kessie Mormor joined the bank, it was a whole new experience.
"There were only a few Papua New Guinean staff, and I was privileged to have a paid job at that time."
That was in Kimbe branch 1979.
BSP has come a long way, and for me, the organisation has given me the opportunity to grow in my career, and more importantly take care of my family. I started as a Batching Officer and after various role transitions, I'm now Manager - Staff Lending in Port Moresby.
Kessie's secret to 40 years is her passion for banking, love of the job and loyalty to BSP.
