- Top up prepaid mobile phones and EasiPay electricity units (and someone else's)
- View, edit, or delete your scheduled transfers or payments

Important information:
- Our mobile banking app is free. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply
- No personal data is stored on your device
- Our mobile banking app is available to BSP PNG Customers only
- You can register for this service at your nearest BSP branch.

Password Requirements
Characters must be more than eight (8) and not more than fifteen (15).
- Must contain each of the following: a number (0-9), an upper case letter (A - Z) and a lower case letter (a-z)
- Must not be same as existing mPIN password for Mobile Banking (*131#)
Customer User ID
Each BSP customer is given a unique Customer User ID number. All the customer's accounts are linked to this User ID.
- The User ID is NOT your BSP account number.
- If you do not know your User ID, Call BSP Customer Service Centre on 320 1212 or 7030 1212 to obtain.
It's so easy to get started
If you have a smartphone, then you're ready to register for BSP Mobile App.
Visit your nearest BSP Branch to register for this service.
1. Register for Mobile Banking App at the branch
2. Activate via short code *277# with the use of your 16 Digit BSP card number plus your mobile number.
3. Download the BSP Mobile Banking Application
4. Activate your Mobile Banking App
- Select the BSP Mobile Banking app icon
- Terms of Use - Select Accept to proceed or Reject to Exit
- Select "Not yet Active? Activate Now"
- Enter your CIF (User ID) number, Card Number and Phone Number (ensure you have the prefix 675 in front of your mobile number e.g. 6757*******)
- Select Submit button
- Your One Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS
- Enter Your One Time Password
- Create your Password
- Re-enter your Password
10. Submit
11. Select "Start Using Application" to sign in.
Sign In
- Select the BSP Mobile Banking app icon
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Select Login
* BSP Issued Card - this is your KunduCard or VISA Debit Card or BSP First Platinum Card
