Please be advised that during our new Banking System implementation, a technical issue has caused delays in processing recent transactions on customers’ accounts, which has resulted in incorrect account balances being displayed.
Please be aware that balances will be corrected once the technical issue is resolved and all transactions conducted during this period will be processed. Any amounts that customers have withdrawn in excess of their correct balance will have to be immediately repaid.
BSP is working to resolve the issue and apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
