BSP Financial Group Ltd would like to remind the general public that under Section 6(3) & Section 7 (1) (a)(b)(i) of the Unclaimed Monies Act 1963 (Act), customers’ funds that remained un-used for more than seven (7) years, will be paid as unclaimed monies to the State’s Department of Finance.
