Ms Talpa assumes the role from Vandhna Narayan, who will continue in her role as BSP Group Chief Compliance Officer.
BSP Group Chairman, Robert Bradshaw, announced the appointment in line with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 and PNGX Listing Rule 20.10.
He also extended the Board’s gratitude to Ms Narayan for stepping in and carrying the additional responsibilities of Company Secretary while the search for a permanent appointee was undertaken.
“We warmly welcome Ms Talpa to this important role, effective Monday 6th October, 2025. As Company Secretary, she will represent BSP in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6 and PNGX Listing Rule 20.1. She will also be responsible for overseeing communication between BSP, ASX and PNGX,” Mr Bradshaw said.
Ms Talpa brings with her over 17 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, gained both in private practice and in-house legal roles. She has previously worked with Ashurst, Digicel PNG, and BSP, and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Papua New Guinea.
