BSP Financial Group Limited (BSP) has restated its commitment to professional development in Papua New Guinea by contributing K50, 000 to the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) PNG Annual Conference.
With over 100 Certified Practicing Accountants employed across the BSP Group, BSP recognises the value of platforms that encourages continuous learning, industry collaboration, and excellence in the accounting profession.
BSP has proudly supported this flagship event for over 30 years, contributing over K1 million in sponsorships to date.
“We recognise the important role accountants play in ensuring transparency, accountability, and economic stability. Whether they are just beginning their careers or are seasoned professionals, their work strengthens the confidence of businesses, governments, and communities,” BSP Group Financial Controller, Dean Le Prevost said.
The conference, a key professional training event, is hosted across four major centres, Lae, Kokopo, Goroka, and Port Moresby, bringing together accounting professionals from both the public and private sectors. With over 10,000 accounting practitioners and growing annually, CPA PNG plays a key role in promoting excellence in the accounting profession.

The CPA PNG Annual Conference will be held in Port Moresby on the 27th and 28th of November 2025, bringing together accounting professionals from across the country to engage in knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.
