About the Role:
As a Technical Services Support Officer, you’ll be the operational backbone for our Technical Services team. You’ll help ensure that essential building systems like generators, HVACs, fire safety, and UPS units are functioning at optimal performance—keeping our facilities safe, compliant, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with inspection, maintenance, and fuel monitoring of generators.
- Support testing, battery checks, and issue resolution for UPS systems.
- Aid in fire suppression system testing, inspections, and safety compliance.
- Conduct maintenance and diagnostics for HVAC systems and ensure environmental efficiency.
- Complete and close work orders accurately and on time.
- Work with sourcing teams to obtain competitive quotes for technical work.
- Maintain safe work practices and compliance with BSP and national safety standards.
- Provide on-ground support to contractors and ensure all installations meet technical standards.
What you’ll bring:
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Valid PPL Electrical License.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in a facilities or technical role.
- Sound knowledge of gensets, air conditioning systems, fire safety systems, and UPS technology.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards.
- Basic project coordination and reporting skills.
- Tech-savvy with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
