About the Role
BSP Financial Group Limited is seeking a seasoned and strategic Tactical Manager to lead our Cash in Transit (CIT) operations. This is a high-responsibility leadership role within our Security Services team, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of cash across Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all CIT operations in alignment with BSP’s Standard Operating Procedures and recognised industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare operational orders prior to every cash movement.
- Ensure all tactical equipment (weapons, cameras, vehicles) is compliant, functional, and appropriately assigned to personnel.
- Maintain rigorous training and competency testing for CIT staff in weapon handling and tactical formations.
- Continuously review and refine operational tactics to respond to evolving threat environments.
- Provide expert advice on tactical operations and foster a learning culture through mentorship and development of subordinate staff.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including SIA security officer permits and BSP mandatory training standards.

What You Bring:
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Security, Policing, or a related field (essential)
- Valid Driver’s License (desirable)
- Must meet AML and SIA Licensing Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
- Advanced weapon handling and tactical movement skills
- Strong knowledge of safety, security, and compliance standards
- Tactical first aid proficiency
- Understanding of PNG laws, RPNGC Act, and risk management principles
- Desirable: Familiarity with banking operations
Experience:
- 5–10 years in the security industry or related field
- Minimum 3 years in management and tactical combat roles
- Desirable: Military or law enforcement background
