Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management Framework to elevate performance across the bank.
- Lead succession planning: identify critical roles, match high-potential talent, and track plan effectiveness.
- Partner with P&C Business Partners and senior leaders to diagnose talent needs, deliver assessments, reviews, and bespoke retention strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines with ongoing learning and development initiatives in priority business units.
- Review and refine career paths, leadership programs, and development processes in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.
- Define and monitor KPIs and talent metrics; deliver insightful reports that drive data-informed decisions.
- Champion key talent projects, including rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative practices into BSP’s talent solutions.
Your Profile
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years in talent management, HR, or organizational development with a track record of strategic talent initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of succession planning, talent reviews, and career pathing.
- Strong project management skills (Agile or traditional methodologies).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
Desirable
- Demonstrated success designing and executing leadership development and talent pipeline strategies.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and HR teams in matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to evaluate and enhance talent programs for business impact.
- Insight into global talent trends, workforce development, and retention best practices.
