About the Role:
The position is based in Port Moresby and reports to the CIO – Corporate Systems. The successful incumbent is required to lead and execute the key functional deliverables in addition to performing the normal functions of a Business Analyst; i.e. gather and analyse “As Is Process Maps” and execute the Business Process Review and deliver the End to End to Be Process for the new solution for BSP.
Key Deliverables:
- Undertake business process mapping workshops with SMEs to design the solution “To-Be” processes.
- Conduct processes and requirements analysis and documentation with the ability to readily elicit and ·document requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders. Apply a detail-oriented approach while maintaining an understanding of the broader business context.
- Demonstrate strong facilitation and negotiation skills to drive alignment, agreement, and optimization of scope, processes, and requirements across varied stakeholders in a diverse business environment.

Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Professional industry Business Analyst qualification or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis/project Management experience.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Banking operations or a similar business.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Business Analyst/Project Management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Strong business process mapping skills, ideally with BPMN experience.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical & research skills.
