About the Role
The position is based in Port Moresby and reports to the Senior Relationship Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible in assisting the Credit Analyst in the day to day management of the portfolio ensuring smooth and efficient processing of all customers’ requirements.
Key Deliverables
- Complete all simple Lending Applications ensuring accuracy of customers data are captured to enable efficient processing and decision.
- Assist Relationship Manager to complete new ALOC and write up Annual Review for specific clients.
- Process Financial statements information into Moody’s Financial Analysis Program.
- Cross-selling of other banks products to new and existing client to BSP.
- Assist daily client queries and transactional assistance.
- Monitoring and action of Daily Transaction reports on OBIEE.
- Attend to any other duties as required by management.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Business Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical skills in Credit Processes.
- Basic technical skills in Compliance/Legislation.
- Basic technical skills in Industry Knowledge.
- Basic technical skills in Risk Management
- Basic technical skills in Sales & Service Processes.
- 2-3 years banking experience or in a similar role.
