About the Role
This role is based in Port Moresby and will report to the Manager Brand & Advertising. The purpose of this role is to primarily to provide in-house creative concepts, artwork development and graphic support for Branding through Advertisements, Point of Sale Material, Billboard & Signage and Production of associated works per the Bank’s approved mediums – Publications (Newsletters, Magazines & Newspaper) and Digital (Social Media) platforms.
Key Deliverables
- Supports the Manger – Brand & Advertising in Brand Positioning and Brand Promotion per the BSP Brand Architecture, Brand Vision and Objectives.
- Update the BSP Bank/Group Brand Manual and Style Guidelines, to ensure the use of the BSP Brand Logo(s) and other related elements are per approved Company standards. This includes Brand Manuals for BSP Subsidiaries.
- Provide concept development and in-house creative support for product campaigns and product launches for BSP PNG & Pacific Markets.
- Maintain and update branding/artwork on all BSP products, merchandise, POSMs and others areas such as: cards, wear, Brochures vehicle, billboards, ATMs and branches. All approved artwork is filed appropriately for reference and/or for future use in the Marketing Shared folders, SharePoint, Brand Manual, Merchandise Catalogue and the Marketing Material Catalogue (Moore Printing).
- Maintain regular contact with Branch Managers to ensure Quality controls are adhered to at respective Branches, on Signage, Posters, Banners and up-todate marketing materials including recommendation for branding and other updates.
- Collaborates with the Sponsorship Team on design and setup and display of the BSP Brand at BSP or BSP Sponsored events.
- Responsible for artwork and branding for social media, website and online advertising requirements in collaboration with the PR & Communication Team.
- Maintain and update Job Log of all current and outstanding allocated tasks and communicate progress in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with suppliers / vendors on the production and delivery of Marketing materials / requirements in a timely manner.
- Complete set tasks as directed by Manager – Brand and Advertising and/or the Head of Marketing within agreed timeframes and requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design and/or website updating.
- Proficient in Written and Oral English with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in General & Desktop Microsoft Applications(Adobe suite ,InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop).
- Basic technical skills in Industry Knowledge.
- General understanding in Competition & Consumer protection law.
- Minimum 2 years in design environment.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing a bonus.
- Experience in Promotion, Events and campaign
