About the Role:
Join BSP as a Content Design Officer. This position is based at Waigani Head Office in Port Moresby and reports to the Manager Content & Design. The successful incumbents will be responsible to ensure all retail training documents are designed to meet the Retail Strategic Business Unit needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create resourceful training content and quality designs based on approved process, procedures and standard operating procedures for the Retail SBU. Support projects and new change initiatives related to Retail SBU.
- Create content and design with consultation and from the retail training and development team when required.
- Assist the Manager Content & Design to ensure the design and content of the awareness and training materials meets the training gaps of the required business unit.
- Update and maintain all job clusters, Flexcube and surround systems training modules as per the review schedule.
- Record all RLDC content document and version control information.
- Creating and design process improvement and project activities content as and when required.
- Work with other Retail BU’s to collate and document all change initiatives and liaise with Retail branch network to disseminate documentations or awareness content where applicable.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as education, management, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 2‐3 years’ experience with the bank.
- Experience in process documentation. Excellent in written and oral English.
- Understanding Retail Branch network operations.
- Intermittent level in Microsoft Applications (MS Visio, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
