Go Green Campaign

BSP supporting practical initiatives to build sustainable communities.

As the Greenest Bank and one of the South Pacific's largest organisations, BSP recognises the effect it has on environment and is committed to finding ways to reduce any negative impact and enhance the environment we live in.

As part of our environment strategy, we support organisations and initiatives that foster an understanding of environmental issues and provide practical support to building sustainable communities. We're continually seeking innovative new ways to decrease our environmental impact in the operation of our branches by reduction of resources and materials used wherever possible.

BSP has already committed to a re-use and recycling programme in branches and adopted more sustainable work practices across all areas of our operations.

Environmental events that BSP supports;
  1. Earth Hour
  2. Earth Day
  3. World Environment Day
  4. BSP Trash to Treasure Sculpture Festival
  5. Annual Go Green School Clean-up
World Environment Day

The "Environment" is a big term that covers a lot of things. As part of our Corporate and Social Responsibility as the Green Bank in the Pacific, we're pleased to take lead in promoting our Go Green message. That's why each year, we set up BSP's Go Green calendar of events that we actively take part in.
