    • Our mobile banking app is free. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply
    • No personal data is stored on your device
    • Our mobile banking app is available to BSP PNG Customers only
    • You must be an Active BSP Mobile Banking (*131#) user

    Password Requirements


    • Characters must be more than eight (8) and not more than fifteen (15).
    • Must contain each of the following: a number (0-9), an upper case letter (A - Z) and a lower case letter (a-z)
    • Must not be same as existing mPIN password (*131#)

    CIF Number (User ID)

    Each BSP customer is given a unique identification number, known as the Customer Information File (CIF) number. All the customer's accounts are linked to this CIF number. The CIF number is used as the User ID on the BSP Mobile Banking App.


    • The CIF is NOT your BSP account number.
    • If customer is on Personal Internet Banking, the CIF Number is the Username provided by the bank.
    • If you do not know your CIF, Call 320 1212 or 7030 1212 to obtain. You will then be asked to do a card based transaction for verification, prior to obtaining your CIF Number.

      It's so easy to get started

      If you're an active Mobile Banking customer and have a smartphone! Then you're ready to get mobile.

      All you need is your BSP Customer Identification Number, 16 digit BSP Issued card number plus your Mobile Number.

      1. Download the BSP Mobile Banking Application from

      App Store Google Play  Windows phone

      2. Activate User

      1. Select the BSP Mobile Banking app icon
      2. Terms of Use - Select Accept to proceed or Reject to Exit
      3. Select Sign In icon
      4. Select Activate User
      5. Enter your CIF (User ID) number, Card Number and Phone Number
      6. Select Submit button
      7. Your One Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS
      8. Enter Your One Time Password
      9. Create your Password
      10. Re-enter your Password
      11. Submit

      Sign In

      1. Select the BSP Mobile Banking app icon
      2. Select Sign In icon
      3. Enter your CIF (User ID) Number and Password
      4. Select Sign In

      If you're NOT enrolled for Mobile Banking than call into your nearest branch and get enrolled

      If you haven't activated Mobile Banking (USSD) Dial *131# from your Digicel phone and follow the instructions. Make sure to have your *BSP Card with you before dialling *131#.

      Note: Dialling *131# apply to Digicel phone users only.

      * BSP Issued Card - this is your KunduCard or Visa Debit Card or BSP First Platinum Card
