How to send a money transfer
Sending money from a BSP branch using a Western Union Money Transfer is simple and fast.
Step1. Fill in a Western Union Transaction Form.
Visit any of the BSP branch and fill in a Western Union “To Send Money” Form.
Step2. Place your order and pay for it.
Give the Agent the amount you want to send plus the transaction fee and any required identification.
Step 3. Collect receipt and let your receiver know about your transfer.
The money you send will be available within minutes for your receiver to collect at any Western Union agent worldwide.1 You'll need to provide your receiver with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) that is printed on your receipt (your receiver can't collect their money without this number).
In some countries, the receiver will be required to have this number to collect the funds. The number is also used to track the status of your transaction.
