TravelCover is activated when you use your Visa Debit Card to purchase prior to the commencement of Your Journey. Your return overseas transport costs (airfares and/or cruise costs) including the cost of transport, accommodation and other journey itinerary items to a minimum value of One thousand PNG Kina (PGK 1000.00). Information Pack
To understand the TravelCover policy an information pack has been produced containing the following documents:
- Introduction Letter
- TravelCover Policy Information Document - This is the most important customer document as it explains the policy.
- TravelCover Claiming Guide - Tells customers how to make a claim. It is advisable to download both Claiming form and a Claiming Guide as they work hand in hand.
- TravelCover Claim Form - Formal Document that needs to be completed in order to make a claim and submit to Chartis and not BSP.
- Travel Guard Card - Provides information and contact number for the customer should they require assistance overseas.
- Checklist - It is a summary of a Claiming Guide to use to check if you have correctly completed and attached documents when lodging a claim.
