BSP has experienced a system fault with its electronic banking channels; EFTPoS, ATMs, Mobile Banking and Online Banking on Sunday 25th November, 2018.
Paul Thornton, the BSP General Manager Retail said, "The system fault commenced early on Sunday morning and has unfortunately continued during the day. Our technical staff with the assistance of our major system vendors are working to resolve the problem. We recognise that the outage is causing considerable inconvenience for our customers and merchants and we apologies for this."
Mr Thornton said that the Bank will provide updates to customers through social media and directly with merchants.
