Lucy Kasau, 52, from Djaul Island, New Ireland Province was elated and lost for words when informed of her windfall by the BSP team in Kavieng.
Mrs Kasau, a teacher with Life Bible College, used her KunduCard at an ATM to withdraw K50 and her transaction was drawn for the month of July.
The mother of four said "I am going to use the money to build a house on Djaul Island and also save part of that money and watch it grow".
"Thank you BSP for Green Gold, and indeed how you bank can change your life forever, and I am urging all my friends and family to use their KunduCard so they too can win cash prizes in this giveaway," she added.
Mrs Kasau is among 201 July monthly winners who shared in a total of K100,000 in the BSP Green Gold Cash giveaway.
Each month, from July to December, BSP Green Gold will give away 201 monthly cash prizes. The monthly prizes are 1 x K50, 000, 2 x K1, 500, 3 x K1000, 10 x K600, 20 x K400, 30 x 250, 45 x K200 and 90 x K150.
And in the December the grand prize is K1 million, where one customer will have the chance to win.
BSP Public Relations Manager Barney Pondros quips "the more you use your KunduCard, the more chances to win".
"To enter the draw, BSP customers simply need to complete eligible transactions with their BSP Cards at any BSP ATM, BSP EFTPoS device or via BSP Mobile Banking," he explains.
