The upgrade was done by staff of BSP Daru as their 2016 Community Project Initiative.
The team spent their weekends over a period of 3 weeks to assist a local contractor to refurbish the aidpost. Project activities involved scrubbing and removing of the old oil base paints to the interior walls and the ceilings. Also they assisted in putting up the new fly wires and painting of the exterior walls with BSP lime green color. Additional work done was the installation of the tuffa tank.
The CIS Management was overwhelmed with the generous assistance BSP displayed and thanked all staff for their tireless effort.
BSP Daru Branch Manager Ivy David said that BSP was pleased to be part of communities that the bank operated in.
"BSP is proud of being part of our communities and also we are committed to these communities," Ms. David said.
