Port Moresby Branch renovated and repainted Haus Ruth's Kitchen, constructed the footpaths and purchased new materials for the women to sew curtains for the common hall.
To complement the kitchen renovation, the team also purchased new cooking pots, pans, rice cookers and kitchen utensils.
Branch Staff volunteered two weekends to help in cleaning up, painting, and cementing the footpath.
Branch Managers of Port Moresby Diana Guria and Boroko Branch, Maureen Wanu shared same sentiments thanking City Mission and Haus Ruth to allow them to conduct their respective projects.
"BSP has been investing in a diverse range of community projects, including health, education and sport programs in the community. Through this relationship with the City Mission and Haus Ruth, BSP is able to assist in touching and changing lives of each women that walks into Haus Ruth, and the young men that City Mission will support in 2016," added Dianne Guria.
City Mission's CEO, Pastor Ronald Brown showed his gratitude to BSP for the significant contribution that will help the organisation go a long way.
